| De Osram Airzing™ Pro is een armatuur dat is ontworpen om micro-organismen als schimmels, virussen en bacteriën te doden door gebruikmaking van UV-C straling. De UV-C lichtbron uit de HNS serie wordt gemaakt in Europa en geeft lage golf straling af (253,7 nanometer) die de virussen etc. doden. Ontworpen om ruimtes en oppervlakten te desinfecteren en te ontsmetten. Toepassingsgebieden ziekenhuizen en andere (gezondheid) instellingen met aseptische zones, voedings- en farmaceutische industrie, kantoren en openbare ruimtes. De speciale behuizing en de onderdelen in het armatuur zijn UV-bestendig. De armatuur is tevens voorzien van een veiligheidssensor die ervoor zorgt dat het systeem wordt uitgeschakeld wanneer mensen of dieren de ruimte betreden. Tevens zit er een startbeveiliging van 30 seconden op zodat men de ruimte veilig kan verlaten zodra het armatuur is ingeschakeld.
