This product is made using patented Kimberly Clark Intrepid® filter media which delivers a constant level of filtering over its life with energy savings of up to 40%. Constructed by bonding a pleat pack of filter media into a water repellent AquaKote® card frame, Aquakote® card has superior tear resistance when wet and great tear resistance when dry and is manufactured from a renewable source. Patented Kimberly Clark filter media has a graduated density for even dirt loading which provides greater dust holding and therefore longer filter life. This filter media is hydrophobic, has a constant efficiency due to its extra natural electrostatic charge, superior efficiency versus particle size, low pressure drop, and is made from continuous fibres so will not shed.
