The UNO and Ethernet Shield clip into grooves in the case with no screws required. You dont need to modify it, because all cut-outs are pre-cut into the case, including the Ethernet port for internet/network connection. The case meets flammability safety standard HB (horizontal burn), which means it burns slowly across its horizontal surface.
