The compact board measures just 67.6x31 mm (compared to the 85x56mm standard boards) and it fits onto a standard DDR2 SODIMM connector. The Compute Module offers compatibility with many GPIOs and interfaces through a 200-pin connector edge. The CM1 is suitable for those who plan to create their own printed circuit board (PCB).
