Performance and speed are what make the DIGITUS® Wireless Access Point special. Through the integrated management function, all settings can be centrally configurated via the web interface of an access point for up to 16 devices. Seamless roaming enables uninterrupted transmission of each wireless device between the access points when using several access points. The supported wireless standard IEEE802.3b/g/n enables speeds of up to 300 Mbps; the integrated Qualcomm chip provides the device with the required resources. The device can be supplied with power via a power supply as well as though Power over Ethernet (PoE). When using PoE, the power for the device is directly fed into the network cable. This way, the access point can be mounted at a distance of up to 100 m from the power source. The supply can take place via a PoE switch or an appropriate injector. A LAN connection is additionally provided in order to connect devices with the access point directly. A plinth is included in the scope of the delivery for mounting purposes. It is fixed to a wall or ceiling with 4 screws. Then, the access point simply needs to be stuck on to the mounting plinth. Expand your WiFi network hassle-free!
