De HRU ECO 300 met randaarde stekker is hierdoor zeer geschikt voor toepassing in zowel renovatie als nieuwbouw. De unit heeft een rendement van 91,2%. Zeer praktisch en tijdbesparend is het feit dat de warmteterugwinningunit zelf, ook tijdens het inregelen, zijn eigen ventilatiedebiet meet en regelt.
