Vishay VSMB1940 Series IR Emitting Diodes. The VSMB1940 series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They use double hetero (DH) technology for a high radiant power output. The VSMB1940 family come in a surface mount (SMT) package with a standard 0805 footprint.
