Keithley's 7700 plug-in module, featuring 20 channels of 2 pole or 10 channels of 4 pole multiplexer switching has the ability to be configured as 2 independent multiplexers. General purpose measurement is made possible with the 20 channels, whilst current measurement is available through 2 additional protected channels. No other accessories are needed to make thermocouple temperature measurements due to the automatic CJC provided.
