Keithley SourcemeterThe Keithley 20W sourcemeter is 1-channel lab equipment. The output voltage rating ranges between ±200mV and ±200V and outputs current rating rages between ±1μA and ±1A. It offers a low cost, tightly integrated sourcing and measurement, and a wide dynamic range. This makes the series a well-suited device for benchtop and system applications with low voltage requirements and with limited test hardware budgets. Inclusions: Test leads and (downloadable) LabVIEW software driver, LabTracer software, TestPoint software driver. Note: Applications include resistive devices diodes optoelectronic components IDDQ testing. Note: All SourceMeter instruments provide a 4-quadrant operation. In the 1st and 3rd quadrants, it operates as a source, delivering power to a load. In the 2nd and 4th quadrants, it operates as a sink by dissipating power internally.
