Its terminals are top facing for easy screwdriver access and markings are always printed in white on the rear grey polyester moulding. The socket has a 3-pin operated safety shutter for providing safe protection from live parts. Radiused corners to the faceplates and a chamfered top edge offer a slimline and unobtrusive appearance, whilst preventing unsightly dust collection.
