These lockouts are made from high-quality polyurethane, virtually indestructible, and will withstand cracking and abrasion. Incorporated into the lockouts is a unique knockout centre which makes them compatible with the OS & Y or ’rising stem’ valves. These lock-outs are excellent for indoor or outdoor applications even in extreme weather conditions and have an aperture for hasps and safety padlocks.How do they work?A gate valve lockout encapsulates the handle and should be secured in place by a padlock.
