| The Keithley instrument 10 μsec Pulsar or can be called as a source measure unit (SMU) instrument is a high current/high speed pulsar with measure and also the full functionality of a traditional SMU. It offers leading 10 A current pulse output at 10 V with a pulse width minimum of 10 μs.
