| The Microchip ATSAMD21E17 low-power microcontroller with 32-bit ARM Cortex processor has 128KB Flash and 16KB of SRAM. It operates on voltage range of 1.62V to 3.63V. This microcontroller is designed for simple and intuitive migration with identical peripheral modules, hex compatible code, identical linear address map, and pin compatible migration paths.
