TC6501: A switch with an open-drain, active-low output that is suitable for hot temperatures. TC6502: A switch with a CMOS, active-high output that is suitable for hot temperatures. TC6503: A switch with an open-drain, active-low output that is suitable for cold temperatures. TC6504: A switch with a CMOS, active-high output that is suitable for hot temperatures.
