The pump turns off when the water barrel is empty and resume pumping once the water is refilled and can run dry without being damaged. Quick disconnect ports allow for easy wand replacement, along with quiet operation, and the pumps are equipped with noise-damping rubber feet. Flojet Bottled Water Dispensing Pumps are thermally-protected to prevent overheating, thereby protecting the pump and control box from damage.
