Taiyo Yuden MLCCs have a monolithic structure and feature higher insulation resistance and breakdown voltage allowing for greater reliability. Compared to aluminium electrolytic or tantalum capacitors, these multilayer ceramic capacitors maintain a small case size while offering high rated voltage options.
